SERVICES
Hello, and welcome.
I'm so glad you're here.
You deserve more than a rushed,
one-size-fits-all appointment. I take a collaborative approach, getting to know you as a whole person so that every step of your care honors your story. Together, we’ll create a plan that reflects your needs, values, and goals.
Mental health challenges can feel overwhelming, but you don’t have to face them alone. I aim to provide a safe, compassionate space where we can work together toward meaningful positive change.
Our Services
-
Therapy
Psychotherapy – or simply “therapy” – is a core part of mental health care. In our sessions, we’ll explore the thoughts, feelings, and behaviors shaping your daily life. I tailor my approach to your needs, drawing from evidence-based methods like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Interpersonal Therapy (IPT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), amongst others.
My goal is not only to help you work through current stressors, but also to equip you with lasting tools and insights so you can meet future challenges with resilience and clarity.
-
Sports Psychology
For athletes aiming to perform at their best and reach their full potential, mental preparation is just as important as any other aspect of their training. I partner with athletes to strengthen focus, confidence, and motivation, while helping them overcome challenges such as stress, burnout, injuries, and fear of failure.
A core part of this work is building resilience – helping athletes recover from setbacks, manage pressure, and bounce back stronger. Together, we’ll develop skills that strengthen both performance and mental health, fostering confidence and resilience that extend into all areas of life.
-
Integrative & Lifestyle Psychiatry
Daily habits play a powerful role in mental health. Throughout our sessions, we may look at areas such as sleep, nutrition, physical activity, stress management, and relationships to strengthen your overall well-being. By blending lifestyle strategies with traditional psychiatry, we can build long-term resilience and improve quality of life.

Medication Management
While many people benefit from therapy alone, medications can sometimes be a helpful part of treatment. If we decide together that medication may be appropriate, we’ll approach it thoughtfully and collaboratively.
I emphasize careful medication management – monitoring for effectiveness, minimizing side effects, and always staying attentive to your overall health. We’ll maintain an open dialogue and adjust the plan as needed.
* My Philosophy on Medications
I view medications as tools – neither inherently good nor bad. Their value lies in using the right treatment at the right time for the right condition. Some medications may offer short-term support, while others are more beneficial over the long term. The key is finding what works best for you, based on your goals and needs.
